A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure the booking.
Cancellations within 72 hours or less of the trip start time will NOT be refunded any amount of the contract and will be charged the remaining balance to the credit card on file. If you cancel your event prior to 72 hours in advance, you will be allowed to apply 100% of your deposit towards a future booking for up to one year.
Alcohol / Food
Alcohol is permitted in the Limousines, but you must provide it yourself and all passengers must be 21 or older to consume. No alcohol is permitted in the vehicle if the event is a prom or other school event. Small finger foods are permitted, such as sandwiches, but we ask that you be respectful of the vehicle. If food is left all over the vehicle, an excess cleaning fee of $100 will be applied to the credit card on file.
Excess Cleaning Fee
No smoking is permitted in any of our vehicles. If anyone in your group would like to smoke, please alert the driver and they would be happy to pull over at the next safe location to allow anyone to get out of the vehicle to smoke. If someone is caught smoking cigarettes or any other substance in the vehicle, it is subject to a $300 excess cleaning fee. Vomiting in the vehicle is also grounds for this $300 excess cleaning fee. If someone is feeling sick, you may alert the driver and they will do their best to find a safe location to pull over to ensure nothing happens in the limousine.
The maximum seating capacity of each limousine / car will not be exceeded at any time.
Methods of Payment
We accept all major credit cards, cash, money orders, and cashiers checks.
Personal checks are accepted as a method of payment only if they are received in our office no later than 30 days prior to the beginning of the service. Returned Check Policy; if insufficient funds, a closed account, or a bounced check is presented to Classic Limousines of Columbus, the credit card on file will be charged for the face amount of the check plus a service fee of $30.00.
